Best Boiler Installation in Indianapolis IN

This company is a bunch of Thieves and liars. I was told at time of repair that there was a one-year guarantee of their work. 6 months later the same problem to the same sink is happening again. I call them and they show me some fine print that says 67 days is all they will guarantee. Total bunch of b******* with this company. Do not ever use this company. They are a bunch of Thieves and liars. $150 repair gets me 6 months worth of a sink not clogging.

Had a gas leak and the gas company turned the gas off, mr rooter came the next day and fixed in a really fair price I would recommend them to anyone

Honey Jones was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him for plumbing inspections. I was told not to drain my water heater last time, and he made me aware that was not the right advice. Will request him from here on out

Called at 8:00 and had hot water against 11:00. BT was great. He set very realistic expectations and then exceeded them.

Jared came promptly as promised. He was very professional wearing a mask and protective covering on his shoes. Everything looks very good as he replaced the garbage disposal and fixed a leak under the sink. I would have given this business 5 stars, but I have never run into a situation where I did not receive an itemized bill on the spot. Called the business and requested one and they called to let us know it would be sent out. It came today but it was not itemized. No idea what the sink repair cost or what the garbage disposal cost. Just one amount on the bill.

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!
