UPDATE: As nice as it was for the manager to reach out below, after sending my info, they didn't follow up at all. Pat Swanson clearly sent the note below for the optics that they care, but they don't.They tried to charge me $700 plus parts, to patch a problem and not even replace what is less than 10ft of water line. I got it done for $250 all in. Absolute rip off, and will never call them again. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t get another quoteUPDATE: as expected, somebody below said they would look into the matter, but sure enough....never heard from them. this isn't where you want to spend your money

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

Our fridge was leaking water from the wall. They were able to come out and tell me exactly what was needed. I also asked if they would be able to replace a toilet for me that I had already purchased. All of the services I needed were done same day. The technician that came to my house worked so quickly and was clean and polite. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I have rarely in my life left a survey, but in this case I felt it was necessary when it came to a company being out right dishonest. We are in the process of selling our house. 2 other reputable companies told us that the roof was repairable and had significant service life left, At least 5 years. This company stated that the roof was beyond repair and said that the whole roof needed replaced. If you want to be taken advantage of and work with a dishonest company who is only worried a paycheck then this is the company for you.

They were able to address most of my needs (i.e. S trap to P trap, loose toilet, drip legs). However, they were not able to understand or support some other more involved need. While the work he performed was quality work, it took an very, very long time to complete.
