78 year old mother had a leak. In her bedroom from the upstairs bathroom which had been completely remodeled a year ago. After hearing the Peterman brothers commercials I said why don't you give them a call and see what they say? They came out Gave her estimate for $6300 wanted to tear out the new bathroom that was the issue. Which it was not. Leak detectors They came out ran some equipment over the ceiling in her bedroom found the leak. Call the local respectable plumber cut a hole in the ceiling fix the leak total costs for leak detectors and the plumber $675. Called Peterman brothers to tell him of my concern? The lady on the other line said oh well is there anything I can do for you? So I imagine she probably works for free because her customer service skills sucked. But if that's what you're gonna do to a 78 year old lady God Help you. There was no concern at all about a jacked up estimate so here's a company I would never recommend.

Bryant was on time, wore gloves and a mask, and fixed our electrical problem. He was up front about costs of repairs and polite about our request to be socially distant.

Had a new washer put in and the cold water valve started leaking. They came out and placed a new one on. Isaiah (the technician) was able to replace it.
The valves were over 40 years old.
