Eric Ross was super easy to talk with concerning all phases of his inspection and explained his notes from the checklist by letting us know what we need to watch out for in the future as our AC unit continues to age-all done with an honest and positive attitude. I received a free HVAC assessment because I used Howald to do some plumbing work (whole house filter and water softener installation, concrete sink removal, and a couple other projects to update up my basement plumbing). Greg arrived on time, performed the HVAC checkup thoroughly and efficiently, provided me with reasonable recommendations without pressuring me (I need a new AC unit, but he said, and I knew, that expense could wait until the spring), and was all around friendly and professional. I would definitely use Howald again for my HVAC and plumbing needs.
