Howald is amazing and James has been our technician the past couple of times out. He’s professional and thorough; explains things very in-depth but easy to follow to understand the services he’s providing and why. We’ve had a great experience overall with Howald; James specifically has added just another layer to solidify our commitment to continuing our use of Howald for all of our HVAC needs!

Technician showed up to adjust blower motor on AC system because AC wasn't blowing cold air. He got the AC running. The next day it stopped working and when I scheduled an appointment with the company to have the tech come back out no one showed. Pricing to adjust the motor seemed a little steep.

Technician was prompt and thorough. Discussed options for my cooling system and what made the most financial sense. I am on the schedule for the needed repair. Everything was great!
