My experience with Godby was better than I expected...from speaking with Lexy who answered my call to the two technicians who showed up on time. Lexy made me feel comfortable in moving forward with positivity. The techs, both Tyree and Chris (trainee,), were both polite, neat in appearance, and very professional. They were also very respectful of my requests to wear a mask and protective covers over their shoes. Tyree's diagnosis was quick and painless as he explained to me the problem with my furnace. I appreciated his honesty because it was an easy fix and in today's business industry, it is sometimes hard to find people who treat you fairly. If they continue in their pursuit to conduct business in this manner, they have just gained a new customer for the long-term.

Roger was great, prompt, and able to explain to us some of the issues with our AC. He offered some advice regarding humidity and getting a humidifier but wasn’t overly pushy about it. We locked in the maintenance plan which is a good value for preventative maintenance
