I have rarely in my life left a survey, but in this case I felt it was necessary when it came to a company being out right dishonest. We are in the process of selling our house. 2 other reputable companies told us that the roof was repairable and had significant service life left, At least 5 years. This company stated that the roof was beyond repair and said that the whole roof needed replaced. If you want to be taken advantage of and work with a dishonest company who is only worried a paycheck then this is the company for you.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Great experience! Kyle and Jeff were helpful, friendly, and kept me updated as they worked on our drains. They had the problem resolved quickly. Technicians were polite and helpful, arrived on time. However, we were charged $240.00 just to plunge a toilet in our dental practice. It was $94.00 for them to make the service call. Because it was an easy fix and required no special tools, I believe we should have only been charged the $94.00. We will be more cautious with our next plumbing call.

Great customer service. Brad and Jared were very professional. They replaced our water heater and cleaned up when they were done. They even out down some ice melter where water from the old water heater got on the driveway. Highly recommend.

Quentin responded quickly and helped me with a quote for my hot water heater replacement. He explained my options and presented an excellent competitive offer. I had to choose between him and an equally attractive offer. It was a hard choice. I didn’t end up selecting his offer but could have very easily. And I would definitely consider him again.

I called when my floor installer noticed the water supply to my toilet was not operating properly. He came over the same day and not only fixed the issue with my water supply but pointed out some important things for me to know. He also talked to my floor installer about how to reinstall the toilet properly so I would not have issues later.

We have used Thompson Plumbing on both large and small scale projects for our general contracting business. They are extremely reliable, and in this industry that can be very hard to find. Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!

No answer. No voicemail. The call was refused. Tried to call three times. Too bad... I wanted to support someone local. Going somewhere else.

Unfortunate know one ever showed up or responded to my call backs.
