Best Sump Pump in Indianapolis IN

When I needed a new Rheem furnace, I couldn't qualify for enough financing to afford it at first. I thought I was really out of luck, and said
good-bye to Michael Beffano at Northern Comfort. The next day
he called me back with a different Rheem solution that I could
definitely afford! His efforts made all the difference!

I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to schedule me Friday between 10 and noon. The technician, Scott, called and arrived toward the beginning of that time window. He was very professional, answered my questions with easy explanations, but most importantly got my AC working again very quickly!

Zach is awesome! I had issues with a prior water softener and he promptly came out and diagnosed all the issues. All problems were fixed and Zach really went above and beyond in the service he provided. Fair pricing and personable. You won't find a better company anywhere, I highly recommend him to anyone. My experience was very educational as well, as he instructed how to fix some of the issues in the future without having to call anyone out.

Nice people on the phone, but feel duped. Needed Max Haas to provide a septic system inspection.

Tech came to home and said he couldn't find the septic tank. Part that is tough to swallow is that we were charged the septic system inspection fee and needed it paid before Max Hass would let us know they could not perform the inspection.

Feel that the Tech was just unqualified for the task needing performed and they should not have taken the money for him to drive out and not do any work.

We hired another Septic company in area and they found the tank with no issue.

Edit - Angela with Max Haas has made this right. as stated before...very nice to talk to. Tech just seemed unqualified for this task.

Jones came in and had my plumbing fixed and running like it was brand new. My toilet, tub, and sink drain has never worked well for over 30 years. Indy Jones is the way to go with prices that can't be beat! Keep up the good work Bob!

Very helpful, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it same day. Very friendly when they came over. Would call again for sure
