Great service. Repaired some shotty plumbing for my water softener that was done by one of the big box stores.

Needed to have some work done on our kitchen plumbing. They came out within a week of initial call to do the estimate. When I called to schedule, they were available the very next day. Were quick and professional, and finished within their estimate. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was a breeze and the communication was excellent. They sent a text to let us know when they would be arriving and arrived within minutes of the estimated time. When they arrived our problem sound in our pipes had already stopped on its own (of course). They were really kind about it and still took the time to check all of our faucets, including outdoor hoses. We will absolutely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

It's unfortunate to be writing this review. 2 techs came to my house to assess my furnace for a tune up. After being told to turn off my heat explaining that it is unsafe as the heat exchanger looked faulty I approved the repairs they recommended for a new heat exchanger and blower. They indicated these parts were on back order and would be ready for installation in mid December. I gave verbal approval for both and in good faith expected them to get the process rolling.4 weeks go by in the cold with a space heater in the house...I finally call for a status update and personally even texted one of the reps. No response... I was informed by the office my ticket was still open, no parts had been ordered, and no docusign was ever sent to me to approve the repairs via email.If I wouldn't have called I would have just been sitting through winter. I am not sure where the fall through in the process came, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for a good paying customer lead to exceptional unsatisfactory working with this company.

I could not fix my water heater so I did what any other human being would do, I called a plumbing company, I called many and not one had an idea of what they were doing until I called the one and only Snappy services. They came out and fixed my water heater in a snap of a finger. This one guy just picked up the whole water heater by himself, it was like 200 pounds I was amazed, he was really strong and clearly worked out. He had glasses and basketball shorts if I remember correctly. But back to the topic, my hot water finally works! I recommend this plumbing company a thousand times more than the others that had no clue what they’re were doing...idiots, anyways they’re fast, affordable and have professional plumbers.

David at Aqueduct always does a great job at a very reasonable price and with a great attitude. He is very punctual and gives you all pricing up front before the work starts. I'd work with Aqueduct on any plumbing jobs that come up around the house.
