Replaced water heater. The price and service was the best out there. Jason Probst was installer. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be using this company for all future needs.

I called them to repair the AC for our carriage house rental apartment. They came that day (which was great!) and the initial agreement was $95 trip/diagnostic fee. He listened to my description and in about 2 minutes told me he needed to replace both the compressor and the fan motor. He then spent about 30 minutes explaining their annual maintenance fee I could purchase (almost $600/year for our full systems), taking pictures and sending those to his shop, talking to them on the phone from his van. He then returned and showed me on his tablet an initial quote of about $560 which included an itemized $75 fee for him to get the parts. I asked him if that included the service fee. He said, “parts, labor, everything.” I agreed. He clicked the accent button and the price jumped to ~$780. He explained the increase was because of the extended diagnostic time required, because he was here more than half an hour diagnosing the problem (even though that included a sales pitch for a maintenance agreement!) I asked why I was charged more after agreeing to a price, when he diagnosed the problem so quickly and spent most of his time in the van writing up the estimate and trying to sell a maintenance plan when he had been able to tell me in minutes which parts needed replacing. He said he doesn’t like the system either but that’s what they do. I said the price might be fair but it feels really shady to raise the price after I accept, right in front of my eyes. He called his manager then told me the best he can do is $600. He would not let me talk to any manager. I said ok, but it still feels shady to raise the price after an initial offer. He then clicked to accept that and the price went up to $698.46. He apologized, said it’s their system and he has no control over it. I went ahead and paid them that price. He did the repair. It didn’t work. He took it apart and said he’d crossed some wires. He attached them a different way and then it worked. He sprayed it down with my hose and said that was $130 service he was doing for free. It was a very odd way to price a job, and based on their increased fees I felt cheated, because they apparently charged me for time spent trying to sell a maintenance plan. They knew it was a hot day and I’d pay anything they asked. I don’t think Ryan cheated me, but I think their system is out of his control and not honest up front. If they wanted to charge almost $800 they should have just charged that up front. If my complex problem risked an extended diagnostic fee they should have told me that up front. I definitely don’t feel comfortable asking them to return for any other services.

We had a plumbing emergency and Jason was the only plumber who gave a quote and agreed to do the repair quickly. He's a great and honest guy, does good work and stands by his work. I highly recommend him.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Recently, I had George's come re-plumb my entire house due to several issues in the 1940's plumbing that was here. The price was very fair and the process was quick. They replaced water heater, softener, main line in the house, all water and drain lines including main sewer run, bathtub, kitchen and bathroom sinks and vanities, and installed our R/O drinking water system. It works better now than it ever has. Not to mention, the installation looks very clean.

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

This company does not value or respect customers’ time. Most customers are home due to the pandemic working and teaching their children, so they do not always have the ability to answer their phone. A reputable company would give you a call ahead and still come out. A poor company like this one, tells you that if you do not call them back, they’re not coming out and they mean it. The time I spent waiting for them I could have already had a reputable, customer friendly company service my unit.

This company was one of many that I contacted last year to give me an estimate on installing a new faucet in my second bathroom. I did not go with their estimate but of the three companies I contacted, once this company got my information I began to get junk mail, junk email and phone calls advertising their services and trying to sell me one of their service contracts. Unfortunately, I have not figured out a way to stop their junk mail, but I did opt out of their emails and blocked their number, so I no longer received unsolicited phone calls.

Fast forward to this year, I was looking to get a tune-up on my furnace for the season. I remembered using them last year, so I called to schedule an appointment. HUGE MISTAKE!! The day of the appointment I waited all day, and no one arrived. I called when it got late in the day and the girl I spoke with told me there was a note on my account saying I need to reschedule. When I asked her why, she claimed they called and when there was no answer, they left a message and I never called back. Like most people, I screen calls, so if I do not recognize the number I do not answer. I only received one message that day and it was one second long, so I know they are lying. When I relayed this info to the girl, she told me again they did leave a message. I was not in the mood to argue but that should have been a red flag. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week and again they were a no call, no show. This time I did not mind because I had an emergency, so I was pressed for time but unprofessional none the less. I rescheduled for a third time and again no one called or showed up. At that point I was heated and decided to look for a reputable company. The following day I did actually get a call and there was a message left stating “they were ready to send someone out to me but before they do they need a call back to confirm someone was going to be home.” I was VERY heated at that point. I called the number back letting them know that they scheduled the appointment for the wrong day and I have already wasted two days waiting for someone to come out.

Jeff was an amazing person and did everything to help us out to get our drains cleaned out.

Danny, Blake, Damian and Phil did a great job and exceeded all my expectations. They worked hard all day on the install and made sure to keepme in the loop as to how things were going. I was glad that there were no curve balls along the way. I had a terrible experience with another company prior to calling Williams, so it was truly a relief to have such a smooth experience. The install was clean and meticulous and they were sticklers for the details. Danny made sure to go over the new thermastat with me, and when he left I felt confident in operating it properly. They were a great group of guys and worked well together and had a great attitude. I'm so glad we picked Williams, I know they'll take good care of us in the future.Bob and Pam Elliott8/11/20 Travis came out because we were noticing some air leaks coming from the new HVAC. He spent 2 hours here re-evaluating the furnace and AC and caulked some air leaks. He is thorough and detail oriented and super nice. He was wonderful to interact with, a genuine good guy.

Used their services several times and always quality work completed on time. We had slab leaks and this team was the only team (out of four quotes) that had a TRUE solution that addressed the root cause and saved me money!

Indy Jones Plumbing is one of that companies you can depend on. Bob Jones is one of those people you can trust and know that he will always stay behind his work.

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

Tons of empty promises did not complete job after quadrupling estimate price

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.

Owner didn't return call.

FYI: No parts sales to general public.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
