They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring a plumber to replace a faulty faucet and toilet in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service from Prime Plumbing and Drains. Firstly, I was impressed with the his communication skills. He promptly returned my calls and emails. He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issues with my plumbing in a clear and concise manner, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Phil was willing to work with my home owner’s insurance. He was extremely patient with me as I decided exactly what I wanted.

The end result was fantastic - my new faucet and toilet are both functioning perfectly, and I no longer have to worry about leaks or other plumbing issues. He even came back the next day to see why my dishwasher was not working. The crew that removed my counters did not reinstall the dishwasher correctly.
