This company is outrageously expensive. We had them come out to our house to cap a broken waterline. To make the job easier for them, we dug out the dirt to leave the line clear of dirt. It took all of 10 minutes to repair, and the bill was $327! I understand the urgent call fee of $99, but $228 for 10 minutes? That is equivalent to $1,368. It’s price gouging at it’s worst. Don’t use this company!

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Had a plumbing emergency, and they were quick to respond. They assessed the situation and explained what had to be done. They were extremely careful and respectful while working inside my home and kept their work areas free of debris. I would gladly use them again if the need arises. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend to others.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week.
