Brandon and his team are excellent. I needed to replace my water heater, and I didn't consider calling anyone else to do the work. Emily kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Eric, who I met for the first time, did top-notch work and was very friendly and professional. Finally, Brandon gave me pricing that was about 30% lower than I expected. Overall, I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or gas needs.

The plumber came out and was able to unclog the kitchen sink and dishwasher lines. Also found that the faucet was leaking which we were unaware of. Great service!

The tech came out and said the motor and condenser was out so that was $800 I paid them. They left without checking if AC was working so I had to call them back within minutes and the office didn't want to send anyone out till Friday, they don't care since I have already paid $800 for a $100 part. After calling the manager they sent the tech back now they said the computer or something will be another $650. They didn't get it working the first time they came and they want to come back and charge me over 1400 for nothing and who knows if that's what's wrong. If you see negative reviews please make sure to double check before you hire this company. I originally hired them because I saw good reviews but I have had a horrible experience and my AC is not working and they said it will be till Friday when they can order the piece and they don't care that they were careless and not professional at all. I paid $800 for lazy work and still not working with the bent bolts with missing nuts they didn't put back on.

Turbo plumbing replaced our hot water heater with a new high efficiency one. We are satisfied with the professionalism... after installation, the room was tidied up and cleaned. It was also impressive how quickly it was done.

I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

Absolutely stunning and stellar work on my bathroom tub repair and installation and sink faucet installation. The water pressure is so much higher after he worked on it. Hire him!

Jay came out yesterday to diagnose the issue in my house, which was a leak from my HVAC unit that my own builders HVAC company couldn’t figure out.Both Jay and Jesus came together promptly to install the bypass damper duct for me. They have been very professional and educational. Explained why certain things needed to be done.Great experience with them and they came out on a holiday when most other companies were closed.

Our house has had a few different water pipe leaks through the years, mostly due to the builder cutting some corners. We have always had Loyalty Plumbing out to fix them. They do great work at a fair price. In addition to the leak repairs we have also had them replace our water heater and our kitchen sink. They were out today to fix another leak and Junior and Bradley did a great job pinpointing and repairing the pipe. Thanks again Loyalty!
