Josh did a great job building our sink drain and installing our new sink. He was courteous, punctual and cleaned up the job site when finished. He communicated what he was doing as the project went along. I would recommend him to others.

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. Approximately a month ago I called for an estimate to have my water heater replaced. I chose Redfin to do the work because I felt the most comfortable with the estimate I received. Redfin had Heath perform the installation. His work was top shelf, he made an adjust to the attic location placing the water heater closer to the water and gas pipes. All the necessary attachments / fixtures were made and the craftsmanship is a showpiece for how you do a water heater installation right. Karen, the manager was completely dismissive and unprofessional.I had an appointment scheduled today, and when I called the main line to check the status of the appointment/ETA, was told that I no longer had the appointment. I then asked to be transferred to a manager (Karen) and she informed me that a technician attempted to reach out at 7 something this morning, but could not reach me. I did not have any missed calls, nor was there a voice message left of the attempt. Not a text message either asking if I would like to still keep my appointment. I am left waiting the entire rest of the day to go through the same experience? I prefer not to.Additionally, Karen references canceled appointments in 2018 and 2019. I asked what that has to do what TODAY’S experience.This was rude, and unprofessional. I will NOT be calling Pickett plumbing in the future.

I used this plumbing company services to install and repipe a new sink garbage disposal. I provided the garbage disposal. This installation was for my father. He stated that Rolando properly installed the disposal using new pipe and provided a ground wire where there was none, previously.The installation is a vast improvement over the last time the old disposal was installed, correctly piped in a more simpler drain pattern under the sink and again, installed a ground wire, as recognized as needed by Rolando.The company uses flat rate fees, which was not priced during our service request, causing some confusion, no fault of the plumber, Rolando. We worked it out satisfactorily.My father was pleased with the final price, the professional installation and conduct of the plumber who recognized the work needed improvement.Since Thanksgiving is next week, I suggest giving Rolando a bonus that includes a full-size turkey. My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right.
