Freddy came to my house at 8:30AM and didn't leave till 3. Our toilets were clogged and our plumbing apparently wasn't up to code which made things difficult. He didn't leave till he fixed everything which I really appreciated, great customer service and the experience wasn't stressful despite the situation. Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

Mike at M&M Plumbing came to my place after I called him with a problem that happened while other work was being done.He answered the phone and showed up within an hour. The problem was diagnosed , fixed and reported to all that were involved promptly.Very straight shooter and very professional.I'll call M&M for any plumbing work going forward.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

My toilet would not stop running or flush properly. The water was constantly running. I messaged VIP plumbing services and they responded immediately! I was told to text a video of my issue, so the problem could be diagnosed. VIP plumbing arrived at my home within the two hour time frame that I was quoted. They were professional, kind, affordable and explained in detail of the work that needed to be done. The toilet needed a new flusher handle and flapper. Good quality honest company! I would definitely recommend to the VIP plumbing!!

This company has to be one of thee BEST on google . I was in the middle of a serious emergency and my whole basement flooded. I reached out on here and the response was IMMEDIATE. They came to my home and I still don’t understand how he knew exactly what the problem was with such a quick observation, but he was on point. Said he would be back at 7am and he was here ready to work. The diligence and work ethic was something to see and I was so pleased with this company. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would and Thank You so much for getting me through a difficult time! Will definitely use going forward for all my plumbing needs.

They fixed a busted pipe during the 2/21 freeze. Before that they dug under our house to fix pipes invaded by tree roots.

They are assigned to me from my home warranty company. They came in on time, showed up with a mask on , figured out the problem and replaced under sink pipes. And they took care of another issue I had at no extra charge. They are going to be my go to plumber and will request them through my home warranty for future plumbing issues.

Dishonest pricing. Called on phone to get price to snake a line. Was given the minimum charge, got a bill for twice that and owner refused to remove charges. Incompetent office staff and dishonest pricing.

Charlie came to my apartment in Cypress and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about 30mts late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, charlie was helpful in returning my calls to their office to let me know charlie was on his way.As several other reviewers have said, Charlie charges a fair price (by Houston standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!
