Best Sewage System in Houston TX

I had been having clogged drain problems for about a year, and I had Wedgeworth visit my home. The second time they came, I asked them to run a camera to find the source of the blockage. They determined a section of my pipe needed to replaced and they marked the pipe location and estimated the length to replace. The job was going to be $3250, but they agreed to discount the cost of the snake and camera ($450 off).The next day they arrived to replace the pipe, and were unwilling to honor the $450 off. I started calling other plumbers and quickly found another plumber (Beacon) that was willing to do the job for $2560. Wedgeworth offered to honor the discounted price, but I cancelled the job with them. When Beacon arrived, they ran a camera to confirm the job details and found that Wedgeworth had incorrectly marked the pipe location. See attached photo. Wedgeworth would have dug in the wrong place.I finished the job with Becon Plumbing and was very pleased with their work. I wish I had called them first. I could have saved an extra $450 and the headache of dealing with Wedgeworth. Beacon did not charge extra for the camera either--it was included in the job.

They helped me find and repair a gas leak. My technician was prompt, courteous, and provided me with multiple options for the repair. Every effort was made to make sure I understood each step of the process and was satisfied. I will use again for any plumbing needs I may have!

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Roto-Rooter. The technician they sent to me did not seem to really care about his job and was back and forth about the price to replace a Moen hot/cold water cartridge. He walked in the room and just took my word for what was wrong with the hot water, which I had googled the problem, said oh those Moen cartridges are about $120, they are expensive. He didn't even turn the water on or pretend to do diagnostics. Then went to his truck and wrote up a quote that said the cartridge was only $15 dollars. I signed and agreed to the work. Then he went back to his truck and called my cell phone from the truck and said he needed to go to home depot cause he didn't have the cartridge on is truck as previously stated and returned with a receipt that says it was $50 dollars. Already I have lost faith but I didn't listen to instinct and let him proceed with the work. During the work of aggressively pulling the old cartridge which had been there for 11 years, he ruined the position of the piping which led to a gap between the tile and the tub down spout. He claims it must have been like that already but I watched the process as it happened. I pointed out this new problem and he says all he can do is caulk it. Mind you this new gap is about 1/4 inch and looks bad. He didn't even caulk in the area he worked in where the shower handle was. I'm super disappointed and wish I had have stuck with John Moore or tried someone new.Update: After making a phone call to management, Roto-Rooter sent a more competent technician out and fixed the problem and now I am satisfied with the work.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

Bobby was fantastic, informative, polite, & friendly. He explained what he was doing along way. Was not pushy about signing up for the Diamond membership. Explained that offer very clearly. My husband I will most likely be signing up for it. Thank you 1Call.

The plumber arrived on time and fixed my broken washing machine valve. Very impressed with the professionalism and expertise.

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

I was in need of professional plumber to replace a hot water heater. Sabastian came our from Lifetime Plumbing. He is very kind, knowledgeable, professional and communicates well his customers. It was a good overall experience. He kept me informed on what he was doing. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your service

Jerry, and his team at Rocket Rooter, did full house repiping and some other odd tasks in my home. They did an excellent and professional job!! After much searching and interviewing several companies, I chose Rocket Rooter because I found them to be more competitive and reasonably priced than all of the others. So I called to make an appointment for a toilet repair because the reviews were good. The lady that answered the phone was very abrupt and was rushing me through the call. I was apprehensive in this moment about this business but I made the appointment, hour range 11am-1pm. When the latter hour of my appointment expired and no one had shown up or called, I called the business number. Some man answered and he kept hanging up the phone in my face. This happened at least 4 times. My experience with this company was terrible from the appointment stage. You must treat your customers (and potential) well.

This plumbing company is amazing! They were able to fix our leaky faucet and unclog our drain in no time. The team was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.
