Best Septic Tank in Houston TX

Crazy problem with a leak in the water line coming from the city meter -- which was on the other side of my neighbor's driveway. The excavation they did was therefore in my neighbor's yard. They were careful and other than the inevitable dirt settling that came in the days afterwards left things in great shape.... and they fixed the neighbor's broken sprinkler line we uncovered as well. Their work reflected on my relationship with my neighbor, and I appreciated the care they took and the speed with which it was done. Now to fight with the city on why they did things this way :/

Among everything that has recently happened in Texas I had an appointment scheduled last Friday for service on a burst pipe. I was told I'd receive a phone call before they would arrive, no call and nobody showed. Didn't receive any call about them not being able to make it to my house or to possibly reschedule. I can't call to speak with anyone because they aren't taking phone calls now. I won't be calling again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, ever.

A rare find. Have been calling on Bobby and his team for several years as well as recommending them to friends and businesses without hesitation. These are people you can trust and do not mind having them work in your home. Recently had All-Tex replace 35 year old galvanized pipe in my home with cpvc. We discussed various options, pros and cons, and I decided that this was the way that made the most sense for our situation. ALL of the people on the job were professional and knew what they were doing. They even had plenty of patience for an inquisitive homeowner. As a follow up, Bobby has an excellent sheetrock repair person on board who came the day after the plumbing job was finished. Highly recommend All-Tex for all types of plumbing repairs and services.

My wife recently contracted Pickett to install a utility sink into our garage while I was out of town. The plumbing was pre-plumbed and prepared by our builder and only required minor fittings and pee trap to connect to our facet, sink, and drain. After 2 hours and roughly $10 in Home Depot parts we received a $747.00 invoice.I feel like Pickett took advantage of my wife so I called to complain. Their manager explained to me that they don't have hourly rates but bid the jobs to maintain a 67% gross margin. He reviewed our case and stated we were charged at 75%. I asked for a refund as this shows that my wife was taken advantage of. He declined to refund us. I told him I would give a negative review. He told me threats don't work.Maybe negative reviews will. Think twice before you use Pickett Plumbing. You'll get over charged, talked down to by a manager, and end up cleaning up after the plumber when he's done. I guess the bright side is that it worked.

Steven and Cisco did a great job on our toilet repair. They were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and cost effective. I will definitely be using their services again in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

Got Flow Plumbing goes above and beyond for their customers. Our water heater went out, and the technician came at 9:00 p.m. to diagnose and fix our problem. Despite the fact that he had had a very long day, he greeted us with enthusiasm and took his time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. Although it was late and I’m sure he wanted to get home to his family, he even took the time to ask my husband about his guitar and the two of them talked about music for a while. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend.

Ricardo is awesome. He took my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and was able to come first thing Monday morning to repair a frozen shutoff valve on my sprinkler system.

Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

Will has taken care of big and small plumbing issues in my home. He made sure everything was done correctly. I have no worries about the quality of the work Will has done for me.
