Brandon and Jose were my service technicians. They were polite and professional and patient with the plumbing issues in our house. They also went above & beyond, by not only fixing the issue, but providing me with a preventative maintenance plan in order to keep our drains clear and flowing. The company also brought us a BarkBox for our dogs as a complimentary gift after purchasing x amount of services. We will be using Texas Quality Plumbing again if we have any plumbing needs in the future.

I had a leak on my water meter, ( my side of the meter not the city's) so it falls on the homeowner to repair. One call to Keith and the leak was repaired when promised, and within the time estimate. I will call on Hunter-Jackson again. Thank you for an outstanding job.

Our technician, Michael, was an absolute pro. He brought an encyclopedia of hvac knowledge to our house. As new homeowners, we really appreciated his insight on thermostat installation as well as discussing ways we could optimize our cooling zones and improve energy efficiency. had an awful situation that needed immediate attention. called them...and they came out within 2 hours after i called (on a saturday afternoon). the plumber was nice, professional, PUNCTUAL and explained everything throughly. i did not give 5 stars because they are quite pricey. will use again in the event of an emergency
