The Tech that came to service our A/C, was Alex Zelaya. He was very knowledgeable, professional and on time. After I showed him the units, he went straight to the problem. He showed and explained everything to me before he started working on anything. I like the fact that he wasn't rushing through the job. He wore shoe covers before walking on the rugs and carpet. If ever we need any of the services listed, we'll be sure to call Turbo Home Services and suggest that Alex be sent to us. Last week I called Turbo for an air condition installation in my house, they gave me a good service and the work was excellent.

My AC went out in June, and if you've been in Houston for any summer you know it gets hot in June. I called all around when my ac went out and Turbo was the only one that could do a same day service call. Well it was more than a service call needed as my HVAC was 18 years old! That next day a new unit was installed. Then on Sunday a frw adjustments were needed and Christian (lead tech) came out; on a Sunday! If you need help right away don't waste calling around!

Earlier last week y Water Heater broke down due to it being over 20 years old. The unfortunate thing is that I was left with the impression that a new Water Heater would cost me an arm and a leg. When I called Kintex and explained to their dispatcher what the situation was, she put me on hold and 5 minutes later a visit was scheduled.In the span of 3 days they came, looked and the water heater, gave me a reasonable price for the replacement and the labor, got a new unit and replaced it. Compared to the usual pricing from other companies, Kintex offered me a nice deal. From what I have heard from my friends and neighbors, water heater replacements usually take around 2-3 weeks to complete. In my case it took 2-3 days. So for anyone that is looking for a fast and reliable service, Kintex Plumbing are the people you want!
