Ramon came to my home to detect where the water was coming from and he shared what was going to happen throughout the process. I was made aware of my sheetrock being cut and that I would have to get it repaired after the repair was completed. The very next day Jose and Sergio came to make the repairs and it was OUTSTANDING. I have seen plumbing repairs by other companies and this was the best job ever, it looked like it was new and they cleaned everything up when they finished. I asked them to give me a bid on replacing some pipes in my garage that was not done well by another company and they quickly checked it and gave me the total. I asked how soon they could come back to fix it and they asked when it was convenient for me, so they scheduled it the very next day. Cedrick came to complete that repair and it was OUTSTANDING again. The employees at Texas Quality Plumbing are respectful and treat you as if you are important. They are the absolute best plumbing company I have ever encountered. I will always call them for plumbing repairs I need in my home.

Highly recommend Synergy Plumbing. Ben helped us with a few misc plumbing issues in a timely manner. He also installed a water filtration system that was a difficult task due to its size and placement. Ben did a great job installing the unit and we are very happy with the set up. Stated 24 hour service, and when I called on Sunday night, the person answering the phone was very rude with a lot of attitude. Don't understand why there are many 5 start ratings, but definitely 1 star or lower for this time. If you do not want to service on Sunday night, don't say you are a 24-hour service company.

A reputable plumber should offer some kind of guarantee on their work. Make sure you understand what is covered and for how long before you hire them.

I had my water heater replaced a week ago
After giving me the quote the job was done within 2 hours I was surprised to see how professional they are!!!this will be my company for all my plumbing needs.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!
