After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

Christian arrived in less than an hour after my call to Roto-Rooter Houston. He was able to unclog our master shower and bath tub that had standing water, which was the urgent issue. He also fixed multiple slow-draining sinks around the house. I would highly recommend Christian to my friends!

Seemed pretty busy! And the voice automated system said “only offering services to current customers.” My call was put on hold a couple times, but resulted in being informed that a city main was broken in the area.

I live in a condo and at the request of the condo management Sun Coast recently did plumbing work in my unit. They left eight small very heavy dark spots on my expensive carpet which I was fortunately able to clean up. They also left trash in my unit and considerable small white dust deposits outside my door. Very unprofessional! A proper plumber should clean up after their work.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

Great work by 24 Hour Plumbing Texas. Showed up a little later than expected (I imagine they've been busy), but installed our toilet quickly, quietly, and didn't leave a mess. I broke my water line between the meter and my house on a Saturday morning. These guys had a plumber at my house within 2 hours. Work was performed well and promptly. Price seemed fair. Will definitely call them for future needs.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. We used this company before awhile back and wanted to use them again for some projects around the house. The plumbers show up and spend a good 30 minutes talking on their phones, doing whatever-while charging by the hour. We supplied the faucets that we wanted to change out in both of our upstairs bathrooms but was told one of the boxes was missing the drain stop. We also wanted them to check and fix any leaking valves under the sinks but was told since it’s welded to the knob they’d have to cut a hole in the wall and fix it that way - No thank you. They did however fix a running toilet upstairs but since the rest of the projects did not get completed as hoped what should have only taken one hour ended up costing almost $500 for two hours of “work”. This was a disappointing service and we will go with someone else next time.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!
