I've had two different technicians from Roto-Rooter come out to help me with my plumbing services in the last year, and they've both been nothing short of courteous, friendly, and professional. The service turn around was very quick, and they did not beat around the bush with estimates and price.Thomas first came out on Saturday to check on my faulty water heater, the pilot kept going out. The water-heater was 11 years old, so it was not a surprise to us that it needed to be replaced. Thomas provided me with an estimate on Saturday, and returned on Tuesday for the installation. He went out of his way to make sure that the installation was not only safe, but that all components and valves were easily accessible without having to squeeze around the water heater (how it was before). This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. They even took video of what they did! I highly recommend them! If you have a plumbing problem you're apprehensive about having investigated, don't put it off another minute! Call Joe Nettles!

A reputable plumber should offer some kind of guarantee on their work. Make sure you understand what is covered and for how long before you hire them.

We used this company before awhile back and wanted to use them again for some projects around the house. The plumbers show up and spend a good 30 minutes talking on their phones, doing whatever-while charging by the hour. We supplied the faucets that we wanted to change out in both of our upstairs bathrooms but was told one of the boxes was missing the drain stop. We also wanted them to check and fix any leaking valves under the sinks but was told since it’s welded to the knob they’d have to cut a hole in the wall and fix it that way - No thank you. They did however fix a running toilet upstairs but since the rest of the projects did not get completed as hoped what should have only taken one hour ended up costing almost $500 for two hours of “work”. This was a disappointing service and we will go with someone else next time.
