Said I could not have the drywall replaced until I paid as the pipes n fittings weren't mine, and could be used on another job. It was awful. Additionally, the repipers destroyed the drywall under my sink so much was the damage that the drywaller charged me an extra 400.00 to repair. I spoke to wedgeworth, he said he would have a check cut for the extra expense, if I sent him the bill. Which I did, by that time I had given his manager a check for 8910.00. 3 days later I received a certified letter from a lawyer demanding payment. I called the lawyer, asking why? Never received a reply from wedgeworth or the attorney. Nor a check from wedgeworth covering the extra destruction under my kitchen sink. So my advice to potential customers, make sure you communicate your intent. I stated from the beginning insurance company is paying. Also, the contractor came out to check work and collect, and also refused to leave w/o payment, and made threats. I asked them to leave my property as at this point, a 79 year old woman, I did not feel comfortable with two men in my home threatening to remove pipes, fitting to use at another job.

We used Halo Plumbing on the recommendation from a neighbor. We had a leaky pipe (very slow) that connects to our hot water heater. When I first contacted Loren he let me know that they were slammed with calls from Winter Storm Uri and he would schedule me once things slowed down since the issue wasn’t urgent. I appreciated the transparency. His office called me sooner than expected and sent a tech out. The job ended up being more complicated than they initially hoped due to old pipes and corrosion, and the had to cut into our wall to access the pipes. They worked really hard to fix the pipes without having to remove our water heater, which we really appreciated. Both techs were very nice and cleaned up before leaving. The cost ended up being a little higher than the initial estimate, which after taking to the office manager Karen we understand reflects the added complexity of the job. Overall we are satisfied with the work and would recommend Loren and Halo.

Though a little expensive than what I thought, I strongly feel it’s worth it.As they found a little bit of a leakage while finishing the job on 1st day, they came back promptly on the second day and got the job done to its completion.They took the money as well only after completing the job on the second day.I would strongly recommend Bluefrog to any one looking for professional installation.

Had a horrible day today. The other plumber said I didn't have a leak which was fine until my ceiling fell in. I called these guys, the plumber Raj was very professional, tracked the leak and fixed it. Eric with restoration was phenomenal, is taking care of everything so we can get out lives back. They have made a really horrible day into something almost painless and I am so grateful. We are only ever using these guys in the future.Edit: had them out to do a repipe as my whole system was shot. Mike Harris was the lead on the job and did a fantastic job, very meticulous, explained everything, very good work, done fast too.A couple years later: Had a broken pipe in my yard and called for repair... very nice ladies on the phone and the guys had it fixed in a day. Explained what had happened and took steps to prevent it from happening again. Very fast response and efficient work. You can't even tell they dug up my yard. Water works great now and no more leaking! Very happy, AGAIN. When I saw the water gushing I knew I had to call Roto Rooter again. Everyone who helped me was so kind and professional. So still happy with them. Got a nice warranty on the work, too.

Eric with Lucky's Plumbing was great! Called the receptionist at 7:30am. He was here by 9:30 and out the door by 10:00am. He swiftly repaired the shut off valve to the toilet with no muss or fuss! I will definitely be recommending Lucky's Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

Hired these guys to repair a gas line leak on my commercial property. They cut the electrical line in the process because the neglected to mark the lines first and wouldn’t stand good for the electrical repair or at the very least admit fault. They also damaged the water line, repaired it but did not adequately winterize it like it was and now I have a busted water line. This ended up costing me several thousand dollars more than budgeted and took three times the amount of time to repair. Bottom line, make sure they mark before they dig! I would not recommend TDT and will not do business with them again.
