GEI Plumbing Services technician was extremely, professional and courteous. He really worked with me to fix my problem and responded to my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I would 100% recommend them!

I had a broken pipe under my house that required blueFrog to break thru the foundation for repair. The technician was very professional, kept me informed during the whole process. The work was done in the time estimated and am very please with the results. I interviewed multiple plumbing companies and blueFrog won the job based on price and evaluation of the project. I do recommend them fully for all your plumbing needs.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Called Pickett to come and replace leaking gaskets on three of my toilet flush tanks. I needed this urgently because the house was being shown. The cost quoted to replace each leaking tank gasket was $317. I needed gaskets replaced on three toilets, the total being asked was around $830, apparently discounted price. With sticker shock, we called around and were able to get the work done by other licensed plumber for less than 1/3rd the price. Leak gone, all is well, saved from being ripped off and being taken advantage of. Wasted $69.99 for trip charges. Please watch out.

Kitchen line was clogged. Plumbing snake did not clear the line so we had to use the jet. Lots of stuff came out and line now draining properly. I appreciated the information from the John Moore plumber.

They came out right away and were on time. Helped diagnose a high humidity issue and will install a de-humidifier.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
