Needed a new water heater and they come highly recommended by a friend. The plumber was very professional and nice. Finally I found a plumbing company I can trust.

The technician/plumber came by to determine what was needed to to clean out a clogged drain for our washing machine. He gave what I think was a fair price to run the snake in our line to try and unclog it. We determined a date and time for the service which was accomplished to my satisfaction. As I have come to expect Eddie is a very good hard working plumber and so far our washing machine is draining better than it has in years. We have found a plumbing company (Redfin) that I would be more than happy to recommend to my friends.

Technician arrived maskless. I require a mask to gain entry to my home. He left to get a mask. Upon return, I asked if he had shoe protectors before going upstairs. He said no. I asked him to please remove his shoes to protect the carpet. He walked out and said I need to call another plumber. ?

The main pipe in my house was broken, I called turbo and they changed the pipe the same day, it was a good plumbing job.

Daniel was prompt and professional.Our issue was addressed and he made recommendations for addressing other issues that we would not have known about otherwise.We’ve been customers for years and we keep coming back for this reason.I am grateful.

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind.10/10 would recommend anyone to them!

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
