I am a skeptical person when looking for help on the internet, but talking to Kenneth he was very professional and explain to me what it will cost me. When we did research, A1 Discount Plumbing was the least expensive. We were excited to visit with someone that is so fair with their pricing. had an awful situation that needed immediate attention. called them...and they came out within 2 hours after i called (on a saturday afternoon). the plumber was nice, professional, PUNCTUAL and explained everything throughly. i did not give 5 stars because they are quite pricey. will use again in the event of an emergency

Charlie came to my apartment in Cypress and was able to quickly clear a clog in one of my building drainage lines that was causing a backup in my kitchen sink as well as my upstair neighbor's. He was professional throughout the visit and I really appreciated that he took the time to clean the work area afterwards. It was extremely messy and dirty as you can imagine if you have ever seen the gunk that come out of drains. My only gripe and it is a small one was that he showed up about 30mts late because of a scheduling mix-up. That said, charlie was helpful in returning my calls to their office to let me know charlie was on his way.As several other reviewers have said, Charlie charges a fair price (by Houston standards) for good quality work and customer service, which I wholeheartedly agree with. They are my new go to plumbers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and co-workers.

Had a leak in the drain line. After calling multiple places to get an idea of how much to find the leak, and no information on how much to fix the leak, Donnie at Lifetime Plumbing came out to look at my situation at no charge. Donnie worked with me as a partner and is very trustworthy. They don't overcharge, it is quality work. I was kept in the loop so I could participate in the decisions when routing of water and sewer lines were being made so I could feel comfortable with the decision. I recommend them if you want a trustworthy plumber who will work withh you and/or other contractors. Because of their quality, price, and ethics, I chose them to re-pipe my entire house as well.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week.
