I had piping moved about a foot over so I could widen a window. The quote was higher than I thought, but I needed the work done so I could begin the wall widening. I spoke with John at Nick’s after the work was completed and he recalculated the bid and agreed it was bid too high. He lowered the cost. I appreciate his honesty and would definitely call Nick’s again.

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.

Jose and his team are consistently knowledgeable and professional. I have used them many times over the years and have never been disappointed or let down. Quite the contrary. I am constantly amazed by their can-do positive attitude. Always with a smile and always add a fair and reasonable price.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

He showed up on time and quickly found the plumbing leak saving me hundreds of dollars on water bill. Will replace my water heater with him as well-it's showing signs of failure. Excellent expertise 5 stars ..

My experience was during the week of the freeze when everyone’s pipes burst in Houston. They helped us out because they were in the neighborhood while they were dealing with constant phone calls and appointments. They showed excellent customer service when it wasn’t really required at the time and did a repair to get us running water again.

Much better plumbers out there than this bunch.

I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well!
