Jarrod was amazing. He explained what caused the problem, fixed it quickly, and for less than I thought it would cost. He was friendly and understanding when our cat wanted cuddles from him which was a plus. We would recommend and will be using Nick's for our ongoing plumbing needs.

We needed a toilet replaced at our house and my wife suggested TQP as she had them out to do a water heater repair at our manufacturing facility. I called and the girl on the phone was very nice and she set an appointment for the next afternoon. They showed up on time (although i was taking a nap and they almost left) and completed the install in a timely maner. The techs were very professional and accommodating. They walked into a bathroom that was a mess and after they left you couldn't tell anything happened. The price was very reasonable. The tech was communicative and ammicable as to how to keep upstairs drains clear. good information. Very pleased. Thanks.

Had a pipe leak in my bathroom. Called and scheduled a tech to come out and look at it. Waited 2 hours after when they were supposed to show up. Called and they said sorry it got canceled. Then hour later a tech showed up unannounced to me. I let them in to give me a price. I scheduled the pipe repair and the crew showed up same day. I didn’t realize that they sold me the pipe repair and all the dehydration repair work too. So then I had fans going off in my house for days. When I called and asked when they would be done and pick them up they kept saying we’ll have someone out there soon. Then when all that was said and done I get a call to pay my final invoice. The lady said you still owe us $800 on top of the $1000 you already paid. When I asked what those charges were for she replied doesn’t matter you just need to pay it. I refused until someone could explain the charges. This continued for some weeks, and no one at roto rooter could explain the charges yet wanted me to pay. Then I received a phone call from them stating they intended to file a lien against my home if I didn’t pay. I submitted and paid the invoice and still don’t know what I paid for.For a company of this size I was very disappointed on how they do business. To me I feel like I was hustled and bullied. Will never use them again.
