I was very impressed with knowledge Mr Alfredo had concerning my clogged drain. He was also on time and knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it and quickly. I felt completely taken care of as he took away all my worries. He made me so confident that I put my trust in Bluefrog Plumbing because of Alfred! I really think the best of Alfred and this company and will not go with any other!?

These reviews are fake. They’re literally trashy and nothing like described in the reviews. Run while you can. There are so many other places that will do a good job. I’ve learned my lesson. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Marty (tech 1927) was very professional and had a solution to my water heater problem right away. Of course, I had many questions. He was patient and explained everything very in detail in plain words that I could understand. Marty carried himself in a very professional manner, and the way he performs the work is very organized and clean. He conducts everything very neatly and carefully. I will request him next time I need a plumber. Thanks!!!

I've used Lucky's to replace a hot water heater, fix multiple issues with a toilet, and fix a leaking tub. Each time they scheduled the problem very quickly, arrived when promised, were sensitive to keeping the house clean, professional, explaining what the issues and remedies were, and best of all, fixed the problem. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

Excellent job. On time, on budget. They are not the cheapest but they do very good work.

My air conditioner was not blowing cool air at all. I called Budget and they were out within the hour. Not only were their prices the greatest (compared to others) but they were able to fix the problem right then and there. 5 stars!! Great people great service! Will recommend to my friends and family! Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

Great service...we used them for a blocked drain need cleaning , which they resolved quickly...but we still had issues with the sink not draining.....the gentlemen who came round tried a couple of things and was able to find the root cause (the blockage was due to buildup of dishwasher tablets)....all I can say is they were fast to respond, professional and very reliable. Highly recommend their service!
