I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

Abacus claimed that they would come and give a diagnostic free of charge. Then the day of my appointment they claimed there was a $200 diagnostic fee.

Michah & Curtis came out to do a video inspection of our sewer system on our 1965 house. They showed up precisely on time, clearly explained the process, and allowed me to watch as they worked the camera through the system. Any questions I had were immediately and thoroughly answered, and they provided a detailed written report when they were done. I called on a Sunday afternoon, I arrived at the house in the middle of summer and the air conditioning seemed to have been damaged, the interior temperature was 85 and it was always programmed for 68 degrees, they immediately solved us, it was only the wall panel, kind, attentive and diligent.

Fixed leaking shower. Great job! He noticed something wrong with sink and fixed that too without charge! Will always use Ruben going forward.

I wouldn’t go to them again. They charged me $350 just to open up my ceiling. That’s before making any repairs to the leak I had and after a $75 visit fee. I’m not sure if this is standard but $350 to make a hole in the ceiling? Excessive and abusive. Then they said they wouldn’t fix the drywall because they’re not drywall repairmen which I understand but if that’s the case, why would you charge me $350 to open up the drywall if you’re not a drywall repairman?I’ve had work done with another company and they didn’t charge me to open up the ceiling. I didn’t try to find anyone else this time because I was under a time crunch. I hate that people try to take advantage of others in tough situations.I do want to say that despite this, the owner was kind and courteous enough to let me know of another potential issue with my HVAC as a consequence of the leak. That said, I also think they’re the ones the cut the air duct when making the hole in the ceiling. How ironic after charging me that $350 cutting fee.

Wanted to charge $45 just to come out to give a price on repairs. I did tell them what needed to be repaired.

Aaron, Rory and team did an incredible job. We used them to replace a very old HVAC system and couldn’t be happier. They were honest, competitive on pricing, easy to schedule and diligent on the job. Highly recommend.
