I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Jamie Johnson had great customer service, attentive and professional. He repaired the shower stems and handles that were no longer turning off the hot water. They dealt with our difficult situation of the owner being in California and myself as manager here with ease. Made it possible for guests to check out and née guests to check in with ease by making sure the shower is working. His communication was clear and concise.

I had an urgent plumbing situation w/ water leaking from a toilet in one of my rental units. When I phoned LaRues Plumbing, Morgan said he was busy on another job but would come over as soon as possible. Once he arrived he quickly was able to find the leak and fix it. He also explained everything clearly to me and our tenants and advised us on how we can prevent future leaks. VERY HELPFUL. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Will definitely be using LaRue’s Plumbing in the future!

I was assulted by one of the workers and then he threatened to break my arm. Proceeded to take my cash and my impact drill.. I am a tenant and this is so freaking wrong . How can you just try and sweep this under the rug!!! Give me back my stuff!!!!!!! Police report is made I hope you man up or your guy will be arrestss

I visited homedepot to replace windows and doors worth over 20k. Every visit I had to wait over 30min for someone to help me. In fact, i called from inside the home Depot to get a sales person. Sales person said that I must pay for the installer to come over the house to measure. Paid $50 deposit and the installer showed up an hour late. No calls for over 2 weeks. Called home Depot for estimate. Received an estimate with inaccurate window counts. Called home Depot to resubmit. No estimate uptodate. Called Home Depot, sales person said that the installer quit. They have to send another installer to come and measure again. No one ever contacted for one month. Called home Depot again and the person said sorry I asked for my deposit back and went elsewhere.

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.

Rance came out on an emergency call at 11pm, and was able to snake the drain so my condo would stop flooding. Great service and personality.

We are so appreciative of JP’s expertise and detailed explanation of the work necessary on our toilets. His positive attitude and great personality on a Sunday appointment (no extra charge) was a pleasurable experience we were not expecting. I love Diamond Head Plumbing. I have a rental unit in Honolulu where our tenant had toilet leaking problem. I donʻt have a lot of knowledge for repairs. One of the staff explained so well on the phone. I remember talking to Cooper. He is superb! The work was done well and the repair did not take long, meaning we paid as we had expected during the initial phone conversation.
