I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Service and expertise were so appreciated. Travis did the job assigned he was courteous friendly arrived on time and finished earlier than predicted. He gave me some good advice on another plumbing issue I am so pleased with the response from this company I will RECOMMEND Steve’s Plumbing to my friends. The renovation of my 2 showers was recently completed. Morgan and Ritchi did an outstanding job. Morgan was very easy to work with. He communicated well, was on time, followed the condo house rules, and finished the project within the stated timeline. .
Most importantly, Morgan is very trustworthy and honest. I was not able to take time off from work, so I left him my apartment keys. At the end of each day, Morgan called me with a full update and provided pictures. He called me during the day if he had any questions. He also left his work area clean and tidy. Nothing in my home was touched or went missing.
I would definitely call Morgan again for future projects and highly recommend calling LaRue’s Plumbing. .

I sent a request for some works in my house.Recived e mail mentioning someone will respond within 24 hours. 72 hours later I sent a reminder. Another response came saying the same thing. Another email Received promoting some military experience and nonsense.
It was terrible service and responses. How can people trust them when they can't even give service.
Until this moment None of them call regards my e emails. I am very disappointed. I will ask people to don't trap in to their puplicity........

I visited homedepot to replace windows and doors worth over 20k. Every visit I had to wait over 30min for someone to help me. In fact, i called from inside the home Depot to get a sales person. Sales person said that I must pay for the installer to come over the house to measure. Paid $50 deposit and the installer showed up an hour late. No calls for over 2 weeks. Called home Depot for estimate. Received an estimate with inaccurate window counts. Called home Depot to resubmit. No estimate uptodate. Called Home Depot, sales person said that the installer quit. They have to send another installer to come and measure again. No one ever contacted for one month. Called home Depot again and the person said sorry I asked for my deposit back and went elsewhere.

I booked these guys for kitchen faucet and drinking water filter installation and I had all the parts available for them. What can be simpler, right?
The guy showed up right at the end of the given 2-hour window and arrived in poorly maintained and dirty truck which kind of speaks for itself...
Though he promptly started to work but he was a little bit too talkative than you would expect from a professional that come for a particular service and not for to be your buddy. He also spoke on his phone on a non-related matters a few times and I believe that he should have been more focused on getting things done right rather than being interested and asking about my family members and what do I do for a living.
He finished with the faucet in like 30 minutes, billed me for an hour and told me he can't install the water filter because he doesn't have necessary parts and referred me to some third party company.
As I found out later all the parts that have been needed was a single 20 standard braided hose for a few bucks. He didn't have it nor he made any effort to swing by a hardware store and come back to finish the filter installation - no such option was given.
And the best part I discovered after he grabbed my check and left:
First, during the faucet installation he severely twisted both braided connection hoses which is strictly prohibited in the installation instructions (I doubt he even read it...)
And second, he failed to set up my new expensive faucet correctly and adjust the rotation limiter. So now I can pour water not only in my sink but also on my window if I want to!
Now I would rather go and buy some tools and redo all of this myself than deal with that non-professional service ever again.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Rance came to my rescue today after I had severe issues with a clog in my shower. After several attempts he was able to solve the problem. I would just like to add, at one point I decided to go into my room and say a prayer. Believe it or not as soon as I returned to the bathroom, the clogged cleared. God is good. And so is Rance.

Very prompt and thorough. Fixed a nasty drain clog. Have used this company several times and have been very satisfied.
