Keone Foo was professional but personal as well.
The job presented a bit of an issue. But they came back and got it taken cared of. And was happy too do it!
I'm covered by American Home Shield, they initially sent out Little Big Plumbing. I'm so extremely satisfied and happy with LBP that I've requested only they be sent out for my plumbing requests.
If your in need of plumbing service this is the company to call! Quality work, on time service, professional!

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

We needed to do plumbing repairs in our Waikiki condo while we were out of town in New Jersey. The staff at the 535 Plumbing were courteous and professional, from scheduling to carrying out the repair work. They also picked up toilets we ordered online. The technicians were very efficient in replacing 3 toilets and 9 Angle Stop Valves in all bathrooms within 3 hours. Our friend who was house-sitting for us was very impressed by their work.

Michael & Luke did several jobs for us here today and did a wonderful job. They were both friendly & professional and let us know exactly what was going on. They spent the entire day here working on our old home plumbing. Their sup Lyle also stopped by, he also was very friendly & helpful. They are wonderful employees.Only thing they need to do is fix the bill to information on our invoice. LOL!Thank you & Good Job!

Eddie was so awesome! Got here in no time at all and fixed our leak really quickly. Really great customer service and will definitely use again.Update! Had another leak! And Eddie once again was awesome! Fixed it quickly with no problems at all. We’re so happy to have found him. Going to tell all my friends!!

Though friendly, would not recommend this company. Hired them to fix a drain leak on a split AC unit and what I received was a filter cleaning on all split AC units when time would have been spent better (@$110 an hour) fixing actual problem.

In the end I was charged $220 for barely over an hour of time(not work) at my property.

Do not recommend. They have yet to call me back.
