He came to unclog my toilet and it was the plunger operator (me) that was doing it incorrectly. Lesson one. He then fixed my bathroom sink pipe which wasn’t hooked up, he informed me of the other things we needed to do to complete the vanity. Lesson two. I told him about the roots that sometimes clogs the plumbing outside. He shared a lot of info on that. Lesson three.He definitely knows his stuff and I appreciate his education prowess.

Roscoe came out quickly and dealt with the clogged drain. He took his time and was very professional.
