Plumber came back twice and the pipe is still leaking

I also asked for my invoice three times and have yet to be provided the invoice. But my credit card was charged for both service appointments.

Did a great job in an expedient way. And explained what needed to be done with a hybrid water heater.

Jaren is a best plumber! He replaced/repaired our refrigerator ice maker line. He also replaced our bathroom sink pipe. The sink pipe was leaking, coming from the connection of the pipe and adapter. All of his jobs done with excellent, very professional, reliable and reasonable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality plumber!

Never responded. I jumped through hoops to get a quote for a simple job and than they never got back to me despite multiple emails. Weird.

Roto Rooter technicians did a fantastic job. Both the Sr Tech, James, and his helper John were efficient, professional and courteous... what more could anyone expect. They cleared the blockage in an outdoor storm pipe in about an hour. The storm pipe ran the length of the side yard, about 75 feet of pipe.

Justin was helpful with explaining what he was doing and the condition of our old toilet. Really nice young man, absolutely will be using this company again!
