I called Pueo Plumbing late in the evening for drain cleaning as the main sewer line was clogged. They answered the phone right away and put me on the schedule for the evening. However, I decided to reschedule to the next day as it would have been close to midnight by the time they could get there. Technician showed up first thing the next morning. Great service, professional, and on time. I’ll be calling Pueo Plumbing going forward for plumbing services.

I desperately called Roto Rooter about 6 am and they said they could be at my place at 9 am. I was thrilled! And even happier when they asked if they could come at 8 am. Yes yes yes.

I wasn’t sure exactly what the problem was - water was leaking from the supply valve underneath my only toilet. Tyler diagnosed the problem and replaced my supply valve and tightened everything. Then he tested it extensively. He also checked in with a supervisor several times.

This was a very stressful situation for me and Roto-Rooter saved my okole.
Price was reasonable too! Will definitely use again.
