These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

I called Pueo Plumbing late in the evening for drain cleaning as the main sewer line was clogged. They answered the phone right away and put me on the schedule for the evening. However, I decided to reschedule to the next day as it would have been close to midnight by the time they could get there. Technician showed up first thing the next morning. Great service, professional, and on time. I’ll be calling Pueo Plumbing going forward for plumbing services.

Obviously not used to working in inhabited residences. No dust barriers used. Did not vacuum when finished for the day. Dust everywhere!

Mr. Robert customer service is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and prices are fair especially for the work that he did. I trust them. I had called another local plumbing company who came and noticed right from the start that the person was incompetent and decided to stop his work. I have lived in Honolulu for ten years now and have experience with many different construction projects. I have worked with multiple contractors, but Handy Andy Hawaii has been one of the best, if not the best, that I've worked with. They were enjoyable to work with and regularly kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Handy Andy Hawaii did a great job, and their quality work is exceptional.

Went to Home Depot on Alakawa St. three separate times to shop for replacement windows ad doors. Average wait time was 30-45 minutes to have someone help us. We left each time. Wait, it gets better! On the fourth visit someone helped us within 10 min. After spending over an hour selecting almost $2000.00 in windows/doors, we were told before we place the order an installer would have to come to our house to get exact measurements. Makes sense. We had to pay for the service which is understandable. We paid over a hundred dollars using our credit card and were told someone would call to set up the appointment. A week later, no call. We called them. Another two days. No call back.

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.
