Wow, I am so very happy with the service I received from Little Big Plumbing. From the initial phone call to completion they were courteous, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. Megan understood my hesitation about paying for an estimate (instead of free estimate) and assured me that the technician would be able to get the job done. Michael was on time and very pleasant and professional. He found the source of the leak right away and explained to me the cause and what he would do to fix it. He was finished quickly and cleaned up his work space as well. The total price was affordable, making this entire process hassle free for me. I would definitely recommend Little Big Plumbing again and again. Value, professionalism, quality, responsive, courteous service, and pleasant overall. Excellent company!!

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

Costomer service representative was nice and very helpful over the phone. Plumber came out to repair our leaking bathroom faucet the same day about an hour after speaking with a representative. Repair and replacement of fixtures took about an 1 1/2 and he was all done. The plumber was very nice and informative, he really new his stuff.Today 4/2/2023 it's a Sunday morning and the sun had just come up. My bathroom was clogged up and would fill in shower.The plumber had to unclog something that was stuck in the main pipe to sewer. He got it flowing, the object was unknown and was not pulled out. Instead it went right down through to the sewer.

They was supposed to be at a scheduled place at 7am in the morning 2 hrs later after many calls and text to after hour tech name lane finally answered phone call and told that he can't make it out. No phone calls was made or attempted to make a call back from lane. He could not even text back why he couldn't make it out. Very bad customer service. They even charging for checking out parts that needed. Crazy they shouldn't even charge for that.

I called Steve Plumbing to fix leaky kitchen faucet. I was scheduled for the next day. Luckily there was an opening for today. Joshua the technician was professional and knowledgeable. The technician wasn't able to fix the kitchen faucet because i couldn't afford the price to change the faucet. I will contact Steve Plumbing when I'm able to get it fixed.

Tony and his assistant are amazing! I called him to come fix a noisy pipe and they fixed it in less then 15 minutes. He has great service, communication and timeliness. Tony also has affordable rates so I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.

I needed a door replaced , toe pick repaired, and metal door sanded/painted. Jovan was very professional and respectful. He called to ask if he could come earlier than said time. Cleaned up after himself. Got the job done.

After emailing them initially for quote, it was fairly easy to send them pics of the things I needed fixing via text.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because response time from the company was slow. From initial contact, took over 2 weeks to respond w quote. I thought they didn't want the job when I didnt hear back. However, once they responded, they were able to start the job within a week. But definitely i needed to prompt them for responses such as start time.

They came and installed 2 ceiling fans at my house, they where super friendly, and did a great job. They finished faster then I expected and left no mess what so ever! I would definitely recommend them and their professional services to any looking for quality work with a smile.

Answered the phone, gave me an estimate and 4 hours later my plumbing problem was solved and way under estimate.
