These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

I was remodeling my shower, and at the last minute, I needed a new plumber to replace the shower valves. I found Kama Hele Plumbing on Google Maps, and it had high reviews. Harry responded quickly and was so easy to work with. He even made the time to FaceTime, so he could walk me through a few questions I had. Much mahalo to Harry and the crew at Kama Hele Plumbing & Gas!

Handy Andy did a great job putting in a shower seat and rail and glass panel for my bathroom. They are great to military! They got exactly what I wanted and put it together perfectly making my life much easier. The service was refreshing and the aloha was real.

I had multiple plumbing issues that John fixed in a timely manner. The biggest issue was a leaking shower valve that needed replacing. John replaced the entire piping system and installed a new faucet and shower head. Then he fixed a continuously running toilet and a leaking garbage disposal. He provided quality workmanship. When he initially provided the estimates, he said they were higher because they perform quality work. I received another estimate that was considerably higher so I went with Roto-Rooter. I'm glad I did and am happy with the work done.

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable on identifying the problem, developing, communicating technical options, and executing viable solutions in addressing and fixing the problem. He gave excellent advise on mitigations to reduce the risk of reoccurrence.

From the Dispatcher to the Plumber who came on site, Diamond Head was professional, courteous and did a great job. Plus, it was an emergency! They took care of things within just a few hours.

Staff was very helpful in helping fimd what I was looking for. Caahier was terrifically pleasant. Was a great shopping experience.

Workers should be drug tested. VERY rushed job causing DAMAGE to appliance and nothing but excuses from installer when confronted to fix what he had damaged, leading to no replies back till a day later.
Reported situation to business and manager NEVER called back to resolve my complaint.
If it wasn't for their partnership w/ Home Depot for appliance installation, I would have gone elsewhere.
If you want your appliance damaged, half ass installed, and taking their sweet time returning a defective unit to the proper place then this is the place to go!!!
