We had water leaking from the tub faucet, so I called HPG to have my entire valve replaced. I purchased a tub and shower faucet set from Home Depot, when HPG came and opened the sealed box we realized that the wrong valve was placed in the box. I didn’t have a car so HPG offered to help me go to Home Depot to exchange it. After everything was done and HPG left, I realized that my tub faucet was still dripping so I called them again. Kimo was very helpful and sent his guys to come back to check on my pipes the very next morning. They checked all my valves, pipes, and cartridge. They found that there was a small stone that got stuck in my cartridge from the water system, and they fixed the problem immediately. They’re so awesome! I was remodeling my shower, and at the last minute, I needed a new plumber to replace the shower valves. I found Kama Hele Plumbing on Google Maps, and it had high reviews. Harry responded quickly and was so easy to work with. He even made the time to FaceTime, so he could walk me through a few questions I had. I have lived in Honolulu for ten years now and have experience with many different construction projects. I have worked with multiple contractors, but Handy Andy Hawaii has been one of the best, if not the best, that I've worked with. They were enjoyable to work with and regularly kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Handy Andy Hawaii did a great job, and their quality work is exceptional.

Allen's plumbing were hired to do regular maintenance on our Rinnai On-Demand gas water heater. The seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I would hire them again.

I discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink with extensive cabinet damage. I called Diamond Head Plumbing, they sent a plumber to find the leak and assess the damage. After he did that, the owner came to discuss with me the repairs needed and order a sink, faucet, and disposal right away. Then plumbers came to install, and a designer came to help me with the configuration of new cabinetry to replace the badly damaged one. All of the people who work for Diamond Head Plumbing were respectful in the way the spoke to me, and respectful in their behavior in my home. They were prompt in their arrival, did the job and cleaned up afterward. I dealt with the owner, the estimator, the plumbers/installers, and designers and all were great. I'm glad I called Diamond Head Plumbing.

Last year (2013) my wife and I went to Home Depot to have our two bathrooms remodeled. We signed contract in June and work could not start until building permits were obtained. Work began in September and lasted until January (we had to be home a total of 30 days for the work). This was due to: materials not being sent on time, materials had to be re-ordered because of damage in transit to our home and numerous scheduling conflicts. Contractors included Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Commercial Plumbing, Clifford Okinaga, and EMK electrical. During this extended installation piles of materials were stacked on our front Lanai and one of our spare bedrooms. Workers did not use drop cloths and did not clean up after they finished work. To top it off, the upstairs shower leaked because the drain was broken during installation which required repair work that extended the installation time. To add insult to injury, someone from Home Depot is calling to say that we still owe them for the project even though have emailed to them that I have paid for every thing.

I will never step into a Home Depot again and my wife and I are telling our friends and relatives to never use Home Depot for their remodeling.

I went with them because because they work with Home Depot and I have a rental property in Hawaii and needed a water heater replaced. From the beginning I stated numerous times I was going to put the work on my Home Depot credit card. They are horrible at gettin back with you. They never explained the process to me. I’m thinking since they are with Home Depot they are a good company. First they requested pictures so I sent them, never heard from them. Then, I emailed them about to see if they got the job started and I was told they were still waiting on the pictures I had sent 2 weeks ago. I resend the pictures and then she tells me that she found the 2 week old email but they need better pictures. I get them the better pictures and wait. Nothing from them! I email to see what the status is and I get told they are waiting on me to buy the water heater, which I was never told to do. I was thinking they are with HD so they will pick up the heater, do the job and send me a bill so I can pay with my HD card but no. I then buy the heater and tell them. Job was done correctly. Then I wait for the bill. No bill. I email them about the bill and I am told that they sent the bill to my property manager!!! I spoke to Alyssa in numerous times and I explained to her many times I was gonna pay with my HD card cause this was exactly what I didn’t want to happen. Alyssa then tell me that the property manager check it’s in their possession but they have not process it and that they won’t. So I give them my HD card so they can charge that. Everything seems fine but no!!! I email 4 days after to inquire to see if the charge went thru to the HD card and Alyssa tells me that it is still processing and when it does she will send me a receipt. Never happens. A week later I email her and she tell me the original check from the property manager was processed!!!! And they didn’t charge my HD card!!! I get no interest in my HD card. That’s why I wanted to do that instead of taking 900 dollars from my savings. Nobody can explain to me how all this happens. I have all the emails and all the communication with them and now I’m just being told that there is nothing they can do. I would avoid this company at all cost. The work was done correctly but the way they communicate it’s horrible and they do not have your best interest at heart. I’m also complaining to HD!! They bare some responsibility also and the property manager as well but after the job was done kamaaina demanded payment from the property manager so of course they paid but kamaaina knew I wanted this not to be charged to the property manager.
