Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

Brison is a very professional contractor who does excellent work. He did a complete bathroom remodel for me and I was very happy with the final result. He is very responsive in communications, listened to my ideas of what I envisioned and made great recommendations on products and materials. Alakai Mechanical was instructed to come to my condo through my management property company. They were only supposed to fix a leaking shower head. They had come a month prior to fix the shower head but only used tape to close the water shooting out and that didn’t work. So the second time they come to fix the shower head the plumber also sneaks in a charge for snaking my drain saying we have a clog at the condo. This is not true and the plumber “Doc” blatantly lied. We did not have a clog when we called the management property about the problem and we always use a strainer in our bath tubs. Alakai Mechanical is trying to charge me $235 for something that did not need to be fixed. Beware of this company. They have a lot of negative reviews and now I understand why.

Service was great but their invoice system is junk. They will send you an invoice 3 months after their service with no address to reply to and no phone numbers to contact them directly on Oahu. Once you do find their phone number online, no one ever answers in accounts and they don't call you back! Frustrating!
