Best Garbage Disposals in Honolulu HI

Don't use this company. Use Hawaii DrainPros. They were faster to answer and fixed the actual problem.
The Little Big Plumbing dispatcher and plumber were nice by phone. They were able to get an emergency plumber out within 2 hours of calling. But they didn't address the problem at all. The plumber changed the faucet of a sink as the cause of a leak that had flooded half the house. 20 minutes after he left water started to come out from under the toilet again so I called back. He was cordial on the phone but let me know I had to call dispatch again to get another plumber. Unfortunately, dispatch didn't answer again. I had to call a second emergency plumber from a different company (Hawaii DrainPros) who promptly unclogged the main sewer line.

Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

Thank you for being available on a SUNDAY!!!! The repair person was prompt and took the time to explain what he was doing. We appreciated the analysis and the problem solving. He took the time to explain some preventative measures we could take to avoid future back ups. Great service!

When it comes to taking care of our house or condo, Allen's Plumbing technician, Jonah Kenny, is outstanding. He is a quality-filled technician. Jonah is skilled at analyzing the problem and explaining the steps toward resolution. He then effectively treats the issue, leaving us feeling safe and relieved. Jonah is kind and friendly, yet remains professional and respectful at all times. He even put all my stuff back under the kitchen sink nicely after completing a task. Jonah is always respectful of our time, arriving promptly and remaining focused on the task until he gets it done. We are blessed to have an excellent plumber like Jonah to help care for our family's house and condo!

Answered the phone, gave me an estimate and 4 hours later my plumbing problem was solved and way under estimate.
