I recently called 535 Plumbing for three separate plumbing problems at my house. Each time I called 535 Plumbing, Shane answered the phone immediately or returned my calls as soon as he could. He handled each request promptly and sent plumbers to the house as soon as he could schedule them to come. Whether it was a small job replacing a leaky faucet or a big job cutting open walls and ceilings to find leaks and replace pipes - big or small - every job was treated as priority. If I had any concerns or requests, Shane went out of his way to take care of them. It is evident that he puts the customer first. Thank you Shane!
Shane's working crew is equally impressive. Brandon, Rich and Chad worked on my house. They were honest, very professional and knowledgeable, and so polite. Every job was done with quality and excellence. They also did a great job cleaning up after they finished their work.

0/0 - I asked for them to fix a leak in my kitchen. They fixed 1 out of the 2 valves that need replacing. I asked for them to come back because it continued to leak. The plumber rescheduled 3 times super last minute. Now they are asking for more money (double the price) to patch what they were supposed to fix the first time. Disappointing!

They came to our house to plumbing & turned off 1 of the outlets in our electric panel which had nothing to do with our plumbing. The electrician came today to reset the solar panel & luckily we didn't get charge. Also the plumber Nick who serviced our house had a terrible attitude. We clocked the plumbers at working 3 1/2 hrs, they charged us for 4 1/2. I would not recommend Waialae plumbing to anyone.

I called Roto Rooter for help with flooding from an unknown source in my bathroom. They responded promptly, and sent Ken. He discovered the source--a broken pipe within the wall. I figured it would be a huge, expensive job, but the next day Ken and his partner Sam opened a small area of the wall, repaired the pipe, and resealed the wall with a secure panel in less than two hours. I paid a LOT less than anticipated. Very happy with their service!!
