Mahalo, Pipe Masters! From scheduling with Pili to Isaiah and Shelton providing excellent service. They were courteous, quickly identified the issue, and efficiently replaced our food disposal unit.

Service was ok, the part, a toilet float, that could be purchased at Wal-mart, Home Depot, etc for less than $20 and took 15 minutes to replace the bill was $261.78. I understand this is Hawaii, but this is customer gouging at its finest. I’m in the process of getting a quote for a total repipe of my condo and I will not even think about using Steve’s Plumbing. Please use anyone else but Steve’s. The value is NOT worth it.

Wow, very disappointed with Kaamaina Plumbing. I took the day off and plumber was scheduled for 8 to 10 am. He (Alan) never showed up. Office staff let phone RING off the hook, and I finally got through about 11. Very expensive estimate and very disorganized operation. Recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing support.
