I needed a leaky faucet repaired and called Waialae Plumbing as I always do. Danny arrived and he not only fixed my leaky faucet but he also replaced another old faucet that I had been wanting to replace AND he replaced all the valves to my toilets and sinks. Scope of work was to check kitchen sink for a leak and clogged bathroom sink and shower. The technician stated this on the invoice: Prior to arrival on property made contact with the owner at which time had a hard time contacting tenant but arrived on property and was told if I could wait a little bit for owner to contact tenant. I wish I was finally able to get access to the unit. Long story short, I was charged for 3 hours instead of less than 2 hours of work. The technician claims the extra time came from calling the tenant to gain access and going from the unit to his van took 1 hour and 20 minutes. This was not the case, it only took him at max 10 mins to gain access to the unit to perform his work. Before hiring a plumber make sure you work with a company who can come see what the issue is and give you an estimate. If they cannot do this then I would avoid using that company. I've tried making contact with a manger on this issue but no response. Bottom line, I was over charged.

They came and installed 2 ceiling fans at my house, they where super friendly, and did a great job. They finished faster then I expected and left no mess what so ever! I would definitely recommend them and their professional services to any looking for quality work with a smile.

The guys that came out were super friendly and understanding, they helped me solve my problem and were incredibly charitable about it. I could not recommend them more. The only potential downside in my experience was that they had a lot of other clients and I had to schedule for a week or so in the future. Fantastic work, fantastic customer service.

Harry responded quickly and was so easy to work with. He even made the time to FaceTime, so he could walk me through a few questions I had.
