Alex was the technician sent and he was amazing. Giovanna was the dispatch lady and she was great.Had some hiccups from the schedule side. But, the service received by these two people makes up for it.

Troy was an exceptional professional representative to come in and complete the job quickly.

I had a leak in my house on Friday afternoon. Friday evening, I called several companies who were still open (after 5pm) most of which did not answer and others did not return my phone call. Corey picked up on the second ring! I explained to him what my issue was and he put me on the schedule the next day (which was a Saturday)! He explained the different options that he would take to figure out where the leak was coming from. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional. He came in, took a look, and diagnosed the issue right away. He was very efficient and fixed the issue very quickly. He didn't try to overcharge me or do any costly repairs, he did exactly what he said he would when we spoke over the phone.

Beware, I paid $3,500 to have the roots removed from underground pipes, they also request to sign a contract to pay for their equipment if they break it. After work was completed they stated that I still have a root problem and will cost additional $300 per hour. Unbelievable, the problem didn’t go away and still had the same issue 2 months later. They also damaged my drive way and it took a lot to get them out to fix it, which they did, it was a disgrace and the driveway cracked within a week. I work for a big corporation company and they stated for that amount of money they should have removed all roots not just from the side area. Scammers, don’t risk it……
