My recent experience with Roto- Rooter far exceeded my expectations. My old water tank finally gave out after 22 years but not without leaving a huge mess in my garage. I called Roto-Rooter and within 2 hours Ryan agent #5986 was at my door. Being partially disabled it was hard for me to move items out of the way so he could get to work. Ryan jumped in and got everything moved within a short period of time. He was not only courteous and knowledgeable but had a great sense of humor. Hands down the most professional and thoughtful service experience I've had to date. recently purchased a new condo and had a body sprayer in my shower get stuck so that the only way to shut if off was to shut off the main water valve. Chip, the owner, was wonderful. He took the time to listen to my issue and diagnose potential scenarios of what it could be on the phone, and was able to get the nicest technician, Rodney, out that day to work on the issue! After we acquired the right part, and stopped the sprayer from running, I felt so confident in their services that I hired them for an additional job of replacing a pressure gauge, which Rodney completed in a very timely manner and even mopped up any mess and hauled away the replaced parts! Can't say enough great things about everyone at Peach Plumbing & Drain!
