Best Residential Building in Atlanta GA

I've used Estes in the past. But, 4 years ago I had another company install a new AC unit, and I immediately regretted it. It never worked properly.I had Estes' service contract and called for appointment and expected to wait weeks. I got an appointment 2 days later. The tech was on time, very thorough with his inspection and work needed (sorry, I didn't get his name). His assessment was checked by a comfort analyst Justin Hancock.The repair techs, Jered and Trevor, were hard working pros. They replaced major parts of my system in a very small crawl space.I've always been pleased with Estes in the past and pleased today.

Panther Plumbing was fantastic. They fixed a shower leak after 3 other plumbers had come to look at the problem and never returned. Cody tracked down the hard to find part and returned as soon as the part arrived. Communication was awesome from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

This was one of the best contracting experiences I've ever had. Brendon was exceptional. He was able to come in, assess the situation, build what was needed ( Reception Window/Desk) all with limited information and time. He was very well informed about the specifics to make everything flow smoothly with the install. Even generously offered to help in other areas of trouble. Knowledgeable, Personable, Skilled, and Very Precessional. You would be doing yourself a Disservice NOT to hire him!

They always do a great job. They are prompt, prepared, and follow-up in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
