Technician Troy was on time, up front with the nature of the issue and the pricing, and very effective at getting the job done quickly and satisfactorily.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

We had both a gas issue and an issue with our toilet, and we called Panther Plumbing this morning, and they were here within 1.5 hours. Michael was very kind, professional, and honest with us. He gave us all of the possible options for the repair, from most economical to most expensive and was forthcoming about the pros/cons of each, and then let us make the decisions on the right repair for us. He also took the time to make sure we understood what we were paying for, which we very much appreciated. He took the time necessary to do the repairs well, but was also efficient. We would definitely use Panther Plumbing - and Michael for sure! - if we need a plumber again in the future.

Superior Plumbing has performed three different jobs for me. The last two jobs were performed by Joel A. He was professional, courteous and very competent in the work he performed. In repairing a leaking pipe behind a wall, he saved me a lot of additional drywall and painting expense by being able to replace the pipe through a small opening in the wall. I have been very satisfied with all of the work Superior plumbing has performed.
