James gave me a detailed explanation of the issue with the dripping faucets and discovered that there was no regulator to regulate the pressure from the street to the house. This house was built in the 60's. He recommended the solution and it fixed the issue and I am so pleased with this service. It was absolutely a reasonable cost and it's all great!! The professionalism was the utmost and it made me more comfortable in my decision for the fix. Thank you James and his co-worker you are awesome.
