Mr. Plumber was nice and responsive on the phone. They were able to put us on next day standby for a water heater replacement which meant definitely getting an appointment, just not sure what time. John called at noon and gave me 30 minutes notice, met at the house, and spent the next 6 hours replacing my water heater in a tough location without flinching. They did a great job, repaired a leaking connection next to it and were really nice. Hopefully all their plumbers are like John cause he was the man. Thanks for your help!
