Best Cooling Systems in Atlanta GA

Had Paul Harrison come out today for regular system inspection and maintenance. Super friendly, and did a great job replacing the filter and cleaning the coils. He's been working with the company a long time and is very knowledgeable and competent; he's actually come out several times on system inspections. I've never regretted getting my system from Estes, and it continues keeping me cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and power bills low.

Update on earlier reviews. Now a five-time (and five-star!) customer with Fix & Flow. Chad uncovered a drain pipe burst resulting in a complete kitchen demolition to mitigate water damage to the floors, etc. Just completed a repair to the burst pipe, but also discovered a leaky water line pipe that was repaired by the mitigation company. Fix & Flow really has your back as a customer. Can't recommend them highly enough. Yes, pricey, but competent beyond your wildest dreams. A classic case of you get what you pay for -- the best.

The company repaired a leak in our kitchen pipes in January 2023. They’ve been back THREE times to repair the same problem. The first time, they were professional and fixed the problem immediately. The problem returned in two months and they returned a SECOND time and fixed the problem. Now it’s the THIRD TIME and they are charging me because it’s been more than thirty days (three times in six months sounds like they didn’t fix it right the first time).
SHOPPERS BEWARE:: they charge you $69 to come out to look at your problem if it’s been more than 30 days.

The usual: quick, friendly efficient. Yeah!

Y’all. Y’ALL. I texted the business at 230pm after realizing my AC wasn’t working. It’s was 85F in my bedroom and I was borderline going to divorce my husband because of the overheated anger. This guy showed up the SAME DAY. Witting hours he was in my attic, covered in insulation, hunched over and working while laying on his side. He identified the issue and worked until 9 PM! At night!!! He even dashed to his workshop with a busted part, fixed it and brought it back that same day. When the AC finally kicked on it was legit 87F in the bedroom. I’m tempted to run away with this man. I’m finally able to sleep.

Desmond was very professional and courteous. He was also very helpful with advice for other issues, present and future.

Subcontracted the installation of our HVAC unit to an inept installer. I've had multiple people look at the system and tell me what a bad job this company did. Would never recommend working with Steve Malone.
